He worked at SBC Warburg as their Debt Capital Manager from the year 1997-2009. However, his first profession was as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. From 2009 until 2010, Charles Rosier was the Managing Director of Goldman Sachs, which is a big multinational investment banking company.
He didn’t settle for a single job but took other positions in the market while an investment banker. He is interested in several things like studies, extreme sports, handling environmentally-friendly activities and culture. Charles Rosier was a great partner at BTG Pactual Bank until the year 2010.
Charles Rosier invested in MPOWERD, helping the company financially to develop lanterns and other energy solutions. MPOWERD has supplied energy to more than 25 countries around the world as a result. There are a lot of contributions made by him to the environment, like the development of energy and power sectors in poor countries. Charles Rosier willingly supported Luci MPOWERD, a clean and renewable power solution-provider. Charles Rosier assisted the company to formulate more innovative solutions. For poor countries to have cost-effective energy solutions, MPOWERD created LED lanterns.
Getting his scientific Baccalaureate degree (equal to A-levels in the UK), Charles Rosier was able to attend to further education. At ESCP Europe, Charles Rosier earned his degree, which paved the way to his initial career. Whilst pursuing his job, he occupied many different positions, which transformed him into experienced banker.
Charles Rosier and His Love for Culture
Charles Rosier has great support for charitable and cultural activities. His support for a famous French performer and a Silver Lion-winning movie are evidence of this statement. To express his love for culture and music, he extended his support to a French female musician. Culture and music are the great loves of the man. The support he gives to performers and movies showcase this. Charles Rosier played a great part in a Silver Lion-winning film in 2006 and he helped a French performer in producing her debut album in 2012.
Charles Rosier handles all the French-speaking markets like France, Belgium, as well as Quebec at UBS Warburg. His appointment at Lehman Brothers in 1996 was his first step towards his future. Later, he transferred to UBS Warburg as the manager for their Debt Capital Market Division in 1997. In August 2010, he became a member of BTG Pactual. In addition to this, he became a partner there. BTG Pactual is an investment bank in Latin America. In 1999, Goldman Sachs offered Charles Rosier a job. When he accepted the offer, he became their Managing Director.
